On July 6, 2010, Avnet, Inc. (Avnet), a New York corporation, announced the acquisition of Bell Microproducts, Inc. (Bell Micro). Avnet acquired substantially all of Bell Micro's assets, subsidiaries and affiliates. In addition, Avnet continues to honor Bell Micro's commitments to its customers, suppliers, and business partners, as well as any ongoing legal obligations.
